79. Lighting the way to transfigure grief and hate
To transfigure means to transform into something more beautiful and elevated.
In times of disruption, I find myself craving the strong presence, words, advice and consolation of those who share my core values and who have also weathered and made it through storms so to speak. I find myself internally searching for antidotes and understandings that transfigure. It is in that vein I hope this episode to be a balm or a bright spot of light for any of us who could use this right now. I hope this episode will light the way, or provide a step on the path toward a future that is alive and bright with actions of kindness and love.
